Health and Wellness Coaching can be scheduled in person or virtually. I am also available between sessions via e-mail at no extra charge.
Healing Touch appointments are typically provided onsite in a relaxing and nurturing environment, but it is possible for me to travel for an additional fee of $0.15/mile.
